HERE'S HOW WE HELPED

Metrocentre is a shopping and entertainment complex which first opened it’s doors in 1986. With an impressive 2,000,000 sq ft of retail space, it is officially the second-largest shopping centre in the UK. Metrocentre recently got taken over by Sovereign Centros, so they have been undergoing a complete rebrand. The rebrand includes a new, modern logo which perfectly captures the innovation of the shopping centre.

Jonsigns were asked to create the signage and internal graphics for the Metrocentre management suite to display their new branding. At Jonsigns we overlook the entire process, from concept to completion. With over 25 years experience in the sign industry, Jonsigns have built an excellent reputation on designing and manufacturing quality, bespoke signage.

We started by meeting with Metrocentre to discuss their design requirements so we could give them the best advice to suit their needs. Our designers have experience working with some of the biggest brands in the UK, so they are able to offer a brilliant balance of creative input and production expertise. After finding the best solution for Metrocentre, our highly skilled team of surveyors went out to measure up to ensure all sizes were correct. Our surveyors also assess fabrication requirements, materials and any equipment needed to fulfil the job.

Our talented team of sign fitters started by installing vinyl printed with the new Metrocentre logo on the walls, as well as repurposing a metal sign and fitting LEDs inside of it. The new management suite is now welcoming and modern- with the help of our vinyl and signage installation it has been given a new lease of life.
